Do you offer a free birthday drink?

We sure do! Sign up for Black Rock Rewards to receive your free medium* birthday drink. Valid for 30 days in the app.

Do you have franchise opportunities?

Thank you for your interest! Currently, Black Rock Coffee Bar does not offer franchise opportunities. All locations are company - owned.

Do you sell E - Gift Cards?

Yes, we now offer E - Gift Cards! Visit E -Gift Cards to purchase. Physical gift cards can still be purchased at our stores.

How many mg of caffeine is in a can of Fuel^tm?

Every can of Fuel™ contains 180mg of caffeine.

Almond (Orgeat), Banana, Blackberry, Blue Raspberry, Cane Sugar, Cherry, Coconut, Green Apple, Guava, Hazelnut, Irish cream, Kiwi, Lavender, Lime, Mango, Orange, Passionfruit, Peach, Peppermint, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Red Raspberry, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, Vanilla, Watermelon, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and Caramel. Sugar-free Caramel, sugar-free Coconut, sugar-free Dark Chocolate, sugar-free Hazelnut, sugar-free Irish Cream, sugar-free Peach, sugar-free Peppermint, sugar-free Raspberry, sugar-free Strawberry, sugar-free Watermelon, sugar-free White Chocolate.

What drinks can be made sugar-free?

Some of our favorite coffee drinks are available sugar-free. The Caramel Blondie, Caramel Truffle, Irish Coffee, Jackhammer, I.V and Blackout are all available sugar-free.

We also have a variety of fruit flavors that can be added to sugar-free Fuel energy drinks, teas and Italian sodas!

How do I check my bolts?

Do my bolts/rewards expire?

Yes, bolts will expire after 180 days of inactivity. Once bolts are converted into a free drink reward, a 180 day expiration is set.

Why do I need to enter a verification code to sign up for the loyalty program?
